- Go to “ Authorise” from the dashboard.
- Go to “pre-authorise”on the top right side.
- Add details of the visitor, motive of the visit, scheduled time,and the meeting authority.
- Once the preauthorised visit has been scheduled, the user will receive automated reminders at consistent intervals, ensuring they are well-prepared and fully informed ahead of time.
