Device Setup

Setting up devices to authorize access is essential for efficiently managing employee, casual staff, and visitor movement. Follow these steps to configure devices successfully. It is critical if your business premise has multiple entry/exit gates, as you require setting up devices (Camera/Facial recognition devices) in each gate, mounted in the walls.

• Access the Device Setup Page URL https://portal.koyyo.co/manage-asset/
• Go to “Add Device” button at the top right-hand corner.

 

 

• Add Devices/Assets at multiple gates in the location.
• Enter details for each device/asset, including device name, gate location, and device/asset type( like camera, biometric scanner, key card  reader).
